Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

You may return an item within 10 days of receiving your order, provided that:

 

• The item is unused, unworn and in its original condition.

• The item has not been washed or altered.

• The item is returned with its original packaging where applicable.

 

Please note: Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged through use, or returned without the original tags may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If your scrubs don’t fit

We know that finding the perfect fit online can sometimes be tricky! If an item does not fit, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order before sending it back so that we can assist you with the exchange or return process.

 

If you are still not happy with the fit after your exchange, we will offer a refund for the returned item, less any applicable shipping costs.

 

Please ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

Incorrect, defective or damaged items

We take great care when preparing your order, but if you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Please email us with your order number and photographs of the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Where the fault or error is ours, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your return has been approved.

 

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Wiggle Scrubs.

 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

If a refund is issued, any applicable shipping or return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as Wiggle Scrubs cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Sale items

Sale and promotional items are not eligible for refunds, unless the item is defective or we have sent you an incorrect item.

 

Where applicable, sale items may be exchanged for another size or item of equal value, subject to availability.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, our standard returns policy will apply.

 

A 10% administration fee may apply to cancelled orders where processing or preparation has already taken place.

Gifts

If you received a Wiggle Scrubs item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, please contact us with the relevant order details.

 

Where appropriate, we may issue a store credit rather than refunding the original payment method.

How to arrange a return

Before sending anything back, please contact us at info@wigglescrubs.co.za with:

 

• Your name

• Order number

• Item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for the return

• Whether you would prefer an exchange or refund

 

We will provide you with the relevant return instructions.

 

Please do not send returns to the manufacturer. All returns should be sent to the address provided by Wiggle Scrubs.

We are a small, South African, home-grown business and we genuinely want to make sure you are happy with your Wiggle Scrubs. If something isn’t right, please reach out to us — we’re always happy to help find a solution.
